Seven years ago Pastor Chuck teamed with Carlitos Baustista of La Capilla Church, San Salvador, to start up a mission Church in the San Vicente slums. God has richly blessed, and now there is a thriving little Church in the slums where gangs and drug dealers used to be in control.
